Hello Kathy, sorry for the delay, I lost another water proof camera, part of the job, water in the brain.
Great job, come back for more, we can wait for a windless day, pretty soon you can book your lesson in advance on our web page.

I was floating around the Internet yesterday and came across a new site, Stand-Up Paddle Surf School, run by Hawaiian SUP instructor Maria Souza. Great site, but what interested me most were the pictures of her SUP students doing a dry land exercise with Hula Hoops.
Just to clarify, I dropped Maria a note and she responded: “Yes that is a hula hoop and this is Hawaii, I use props to warm up the CORE, where I focus my lesson, It is a 2 hours of educational techniques that can be taken to the water and to daily life.” What I also think it is that Hula Hooping ought to also be pretty good for hip mobility, which is a good thing to have on a SUP. Give it a shot!
