A day in the life of Soul Ocean Retreat

7:30am On location or Beach silent Yoga class (Breakfast on your own)

8:30am Ocean Activity on the SUP

10:30-11am Light brunch and hydration provided by us

11:30-1pm Silent nature intense HIKE, another opportunity to continue the connection to Maui’s energy frequency

2pm-6pm Schedule your Body Therapy of choice

6:30-7:30 Sunset gathering with special guests inspirational talk, music, chanting, meditation

Free time to explore Maui’s dinning (Dinner on your own)

* One Retreat day will be used for a magical guided waterfall excursion, transportation/food/hydration will be provided for that day
